Getting Started
We offer first time clients a complimentary consultation either in person or on the phone to determine your needs and how Living The City can be of service. We believe it is truly important for us to understand your expectations.
In order to start service we will collect some basic information, come to agreement on services to be provided, set up a schedule and collect billing information. All information regarding clients of Living The City is held in the strictest confidence.
Once you become a client, services can be requested via email, phone call or text message. 24-hour notice is preferred on all services and same day requests will be accepted if scheduling allows. We will do our best to honor all requests.
Rates
All packages for Personal Assistant services have a two(2) hour minimum charge of $100 and are billed in advance. After the first two hours, fees are then calculated in 15 minute increments. Fees are based on when we begin using our time for services requested.
- 10+ hours of service can be purchased and billed in advance at $45 an hour.
- 20+ hours of service can be purchased and billed in advance at $40 an hour.
Party Planning Services & Corporate Events will be priced per event, with a two hour minimum charge of $100.
The cost of any merchandise/items purchased or picked up, parking fees, tolls, or any goods or services charged by a third party vendor, or anything related to a client request are in addition to the hourly rate. The cost of any and all extra fees/services must be paid upon completion of services.
Services performed outside the general service area of a 25 mile radius are subject to mileage surcharges per the current IRS mileage rate. All services will be performed as efficiently and safely as possible.
We accept cash, checks, credit cards and Pay Pal.
There will be a $35 return check fee, if any check is not honored.
